The Preaching Team Huddle
The Preaching Team Huddle is a guided process of definition and clarity for preaching teams in the local church.
The Huddle is designed to facilitate the collaborative process of identifying team norms and values for a preaching team. Some of the topics of The Huddle include but are not limited to:
defining team preaching values
norms and forms of feedback
content and series planning
team expectations and roles
The Huddle is an individual team experience. The Huddle process includes five 90-minute team sessions over Zoom. The team leader(s) will meet with Renée for one 60-minute session prior to the team sessions.
The cost of The Huddle is determined by the size and needs of each specific team. Teams interested in going through The Huddle should fill out the interest form linked below.
Please note: The schedule and pace of The Huddle experience are determined by the availability of the participating team.
